- Are your fish wild caught? - Yes, they are! These are all caught in their "natural" habitat
- Where do you ship? - Anywhere in the continental US
- Where are you shipping from? - Colorado
- How much is shipping? - Shipping is built into the price of the livestock. This makes it easier to calculate shipping. No separate shipping is charged!
- What type of shipping is offered? - We only do next day shipping. Shipping is typically done on a Monday for Tuesday deliveries. Exceptions can be arranged based on request.
- Is there a bulk discount? - Yes, if you buy 2 or more fish, there is a $30 discount per fish since shipping is cheaper per fish the more you order. There is also a 20% discount available for orders of 5 or more fish to help you save on both shipping costs, and large order costs.
- What happens if my fish arrives dead? - We offer a one time replacement guarantee for any and all fish that arrive dead. Shipping for the replacement is also covered!
- Do you quarantine your fish? - Yes, all fish are quarantined and treated for protozoan infestations, flukes, and bacterial infections.
- Do your fish eat? - Yes, we do not ship until the fish start eating which usually takes about 1 week after being in quarantine.
